Haws is no stranger to the travel industry. He began his travel career in 1974 when he taught on the BYU Jerusalem Study Abroad program. He has lived and traveled to the Holy Land 37 times for a total of almost seven years. He has also traveled all over the Middle East and to all of the LDS Church History sites.

I wanted to tell you what a magical trip we had with Jack Marshall & Murdock Travel! We went on the LDS Fall Nauvoo & Branson Escape Tour. I have been in the travel industry over 23 years and have visited most of the 52 states in the union. I can’t tell you in simple words how this trip has changed my life and those that we traveled with. Jack and his wife Lizzie Marshall was absolutely the best tour director I have ever had the pleasure of associating with (and throughout my tourism career I have met 100’s). The hotel accommodations were A+ and all of our food was outstanding! We loved staying in our hotels for 2 or 3 nights NOT having to pack up and move every day. Our trip to the Hill Cumorah Pageant was a wonderful trip. I saw some of these sites 26 years ago, my wife has never been to any of the sites. She has expressed numerous times that 'this is the best vacation we have ever been on together.'
